My stay was very very good for the price. The continental breakfast had plenty of food.

The location was not very good, it's a pitty.

This small hotel offers plenty of non-smoking rooms.

This is surely the best small hotel, helpful staff, well laid out rooms.

The hotel had an unbeatable location, the room was well laid out and updated. The rooms were with a jacuzzi, loved it. Fantastic restaurant served Mexican specialties.

very good stay in this hotel. we liked this place, it's cozy. there is a plenty of restaurants to eat, like alamo steakhouse & saloon that is only 5 minutes' walk away. it offers quick check-in too.

Everything was good, loved our fine stay. Enthusiastic, courteous people working here. We booked a room with continental breakfast, there is a plenty of options. The hotel was located not far from downtown, the shopping center and Gatlinburg. Also, a sister museum was located in the area of the property.

Brilliant location, lovely design, very knowledgeable stuff. We liked the well-equipped rooms. Very very good breakfast, with healthy bacon, eggs, slices of fresh bread, cereal and fresh fruit. What's mote - there was good internet.

Pity, but our bed was uncomfy also the views were unattractive.

Perfect staff and location, I had a perfect stay. The hotel itself was in a good area, near the center of gatlinburg and downtown and the space needle. Again, I walked to see a sister museum.

Reasonably priced and fairly clean hotel, welcoming rooms. The beach was fantastic. Smooth check in and late check out.

Pleasant stay in the peaceful area. Staff was well-trained, room was glamorous, continental breakfast was tasty. Loved electric outlets and buzzer in the room. Large beds and panoramic views. The beach bar was busy and the drinks were bottled.

Very nice experience there. Our rooms were newly remodeled and available with a jacuzzi and the balcony, as for instance. There also was convenient parking and excellent pool😃😃

the accommodation was warm, pool was lovely, beds were amazing. they provided variety of outstanding choices for breakfast that was included. room was modest and the bathroom was luxurious, i liked it. tremendously helpful staff, provided good service and were more than helpful. its location was extremely quiet near to downtown. had alcoholic drinks in the pool bar.

This economical hotel occupies a beautiful building in the elegant style. Great view of lake. Very central location, at a short distance from the village shops shopping mall.

Quaint hotel, non-smoking and extremely pleasant room. Plenty of supplies in the room: central heating, a microwave oven and ironing facilities. Stuff accommodating there, the property was spotless. Best possible location in Gatlinburg. The hotel restaurant was fantastic with DELICIOUS cuisine.

Great place to stay for a trip to Gatlinburg. It's rundown hotel, nonetheless the location is absolutely perfect, loved it. The easy check-in process too.

I had a such great stay here, pool was an added bonus. Absolutely fantastic breakfast, particularly meats, slices of fresh bread, hardboiled eggs, bakery and fresh fruit. I booked a room with a very comfy bed, power sockets and buzzer.

The hotel was truly exceptional, I appreciated recently refurbished rooms and helpful staff. They had a quick check-in too. Plus, I was able to park my car on site. Just 15 min walk to downtown.

Wonderful place to stay while in Gatlinburg. I appreciated the tourist area around the hotel. Generally the service was amazing. Also, it had parking on site.

So good place to stay whilst in Gatlinburg. Room had a newly renovated bathroom that we loved. It was an excellent stay, you could leave a car onsite. Could use their very convenient parking

The hotel was clean enough, I liked it. The staff did all they can for a real good stay. Bed was really comfortable and the room was newly remodeled. Actually everything was quite new, my next choice again in Gatlinburg.

We appreciated it, its staff and location. Atrium Pancakes, where you can eat, is just a walk down to the hotel.

Thoroughly enjoyed dining at Geno's Pizza, set within 5 minutes' walk...

Definitely coming here again, the hotel met needs. Characterful base for discovering Gatlinburg. We had a double bed in our double room, glad we booked it.

No complaints.
